Holder Insert Engineering

The cupcake holder insert -- the die-cut tray with individual circular cavities that cradle each cupcake at the liner rim -- is the critical functional element of cupcake packaging. Cavity depth must position the cupcake at the correct height relative to the box interior -- frosting clearing the box lid with 8-10mm minimum clearance when the lid is closed. We calibrate holder dimensions to the specific liner size and frosting height provided by the bakery.

Multi-Count and Window Configurations
